Work-Life Blended Policy

The School of Values Association recognizes the importance of work-life balance as an essential part of an inclusive and sustainable organizational culture. The Work-Life Blended policy aims to support employees and collaborators in managing their professional and personal responsibilities, contributing to their well-being, motivation, and performance.
1. Principles
  • Flexibility: we offer work options tailored to individual needs (flexible schedule, teleworking, part-time) and, at the same time, different types of contracts (employment contract, PFA collaboration, SRL collaboration).
  • Fairness: we ensure equal access to measures for all employees, regardless of gender, status, or position.
  • Sustainability: we promote solutions that contribute to long-term productivity and organizational health.
  • Shared responsibility: the success of this policy depends on the involvement of both employees and management.
2. Concrete measures
  • Teleworking: the possibility of teleworking, where the nature of the activity allows it.
  • Flexible working hours: access to flexible working hours, while respecting established objectives and deadlines.
  • Fair leave: for health, care, or other family situations, in accordance with applicable law.
  • Reintegration after parental leave: clear policies ensuring career continuity.
  • Organizational culture: promotion of a culture that respects free time and the right to relax and disconnect.

3. Implementation and monitoring
The GEP Officer and Department Managers are responsible for implementing and monitoring this policy. The effectiveness
will be evaluated annually by collecting data and feedback from staff. The results will be included in the GEP Annual Report

4. Conclusion

The Work-Life Blended Policy reflects the School of Values’ commitment to a safe, fair, and inclusive work environment
where everyone has the opportunity to balance their professional and personal lives. In this way, we contribute to increased
satisfaction, performance, and loyalty within the organization.
